These Terms of Service govern your use of krissyannewaters.com and any products or services offered by Krissy Anne Waters ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.
Writing, Research, and Content Services
Writing, research and analysis, and UGC/creator content services are governed by a separate written agreement or project brief agreed upon before work begins. Scope, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms are set in that agreement. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
Digital Products
Any digital products (templates, guides, tools, and similar) are delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds are issued at my discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased, contact me within 7 days and I'll make it right.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, published writing and research, and branding, is owned by Krissy Anne Waters and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or pass along any product to others.
Earnings Disclaimer
Results vary. Any income figures or outcomes referenced on this Site reflect individual results and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krissy Anne Waters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product or service purchased. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
